Attire

Business casual attire is acceptable for all meetings and casual attire is recommended for evening events. Jeans are acceptable at the evening events.

Personal Expenses

Hotel accommodations of one room for two nights per airline (based on the first invitee to register from the airline) and all sponsored events are provided for you by Sabre Solutions. You are responsible for your own air and ground transportation. The hotel will maintain a separate account for your personal incidentals that are not included in the program. Such incidentals include room service and personal purchases charged to your room, i.e. mini-bar, Pay Per View Movies, etc. Your personal account must be cleared before your departure from the hotel. A credit card imprint will be taken upon check-in for these expenses.
